The beautiful feminine essence that may have gotten lost or often times forgotten if you have been given the sacred gift of being a mother.
Being a woman is a beautiful yet often times a challenging journey that never truly comes to an end. As a woman, especially as a mother you naturally focus so much of your time and energy holding space for others, giving to others and nurturing others. That’s is beautiful, however we often forget about ourselves.
When was the last moment you found time to create space to connect to your roots, ground yourself so you can find balance and harmony within your own being? When was the last time you truly took time to open up and breathe?
Healing in a space full of other women, mothers, sisters and daughters, this class will leave you feeling connected not only to your higher self but to the energy and support of women coming together as one, to support one another.
