We welcome Erin Ekman to our family at Balance Everywear. Erin is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation(ICF), and the principal facilitator and leadership consultant with Centrivity. She has worked in coaching and leadership development since 2009 and holds a Professional Co-Active Coach Certification (CPCC) from the Coaches Training Institute.
WHAT IS COACHING?
Coaching is a toolset and a platform that allows people to create greater clarity on the things they want and how to get there. In a great coaching relationship, people come to understand that they have all the answers they are seeking- the coach is merely a facilitator for this understanding to take place.
Coaches are unbiased, non judgemental observers that see the patterns (sometimes action, sometimes thoughts) that hold people back from what they truly want.
Erin is passionate about developing people and teams as they actively move towards their personal and professional goals.
