Come and join Chelsey for two different drop in yoga classes each week. All levels of yoga experience are welcome.
- Tuesday Noon hour Gentle Yoga and Meditation 12:00 - 1:00
- Thursday evenings Yoga and Meditation 7:00 - 8:00
Drop in fees are $18 or purchase a 10 class punch pass for $150.
Guaranteed small class size with maximum 7 students.
You are welcome to bring your own yoga mat and blanket or bolster or we have mats and props available here at the studio for your use.

Meet Chelsey Fellows
I was born and raised in Calgary and moved to Okotoks in 2009. Growing up I had a love of sports from a young age and participated in many activities. One that I always loved was running. In junior high I was on the cross country and track team. In high school I mainly ran for pleasure as there wasn't a running team at my school.
In university I was involved in a car accident which left me unable to run or be as active as I wanted for almost 8 years. It was during this time that I discovered yoga, though I didn't realize the impact it would have on my life.
In my mid/late twenties, with my body mending, I once again found my love of running and even more so with distance running. Since then I have completed numerous half marathons, 3 full marathons (so far) and some amazing trail races. I have also found a deep connection with yoga and what the time on my mat does for both my mind and body.
Having been injured I know how important it is to be able to move. I want to share what I know and help others along their journey as well. Recently I have completed both my marathon running coach certification and my 200hr yoga teacher training. I will be continuing on my yoga journey with the 300hr program this fall, followed by the yoga therapy training in 2020.
